On Tuesday, Governor Tom Wolf ordered all Commonwealth flags to be flown at half-staff to honor Brackenridge Police Chief Justin McIntire who was shot and killed in the line of duty on Monday.
Authorities say Chief McIntire was killed during the pursuit of a Duquesne man who was wanted for a parole violation.
Investigators say two other officers were injured in the shootout.
The suspect, 28-year-old Aaron Lamont Swan Jr., was shot and killed by police.
