The Dubois City Council is meeting as we speak for the first time since the arraignment of suspended Dubois City Manager Herm Suplizio.
The Attorney General’s office filed 13 felonies against Suplizio.
New court documents were released last Wednesday. Many focused on the charges of theft and tax fraud.
Suplizio is accused of stealing money from the Dubois United Way where he acted as the Executive Director.
The documents also say that the city solicitor kept $93,000 hidden from Attorney General investigators.
Suplizio was released on $100,000 unsecured bail after his arraignment last week.
Those court documents also revealed testimony that some members of Dubois city government presented to the grand jury.
