Referee Rich spotlights the Lilly Conrad Chiropractic American Legion baseball team, member of the Greater Altoona City League.
Joining Rich for the first segment is team manager Ron Davison, who helped start the team in 1998 with Bill Kozak. Ron talks about the team’s humble beginnings and how they’ve gone on to win 17 of the last 20 City League Championships.
Lilly Conrad Chiropractic American Legion has won every title in the Altoona City League since 2003, except in 2009, 2017 and 2018. They have been in the league playoffs every year, and have played in the final every year, except 2009.
From 1998-2002 the team’s record was 31-100. From 2003 to 2022, the team’s record was 485-103. They celebrated their 25th year in the City League in 2022.
The team is currently coached by Lucas McCoy.
