Referee Rich DeLeo is joined by Pete Quintili, vice president, and Joe Fatigante, treasurer, of the Buccinese Society of Altoona to discuss the bocci leagues at the club.
Pete and Joe, along with Referee Rich, talked about the history and continued growth of the bocci leagues at the club, where all three have family ties. At one time, women were not permitted to play, but now have their own league. Pete and Joe share about the fundraisers and other opportunities the bocci play has brought to the Buccinese Society and how it has helped the club survive.
