A Jefferson County man is facing new charges tonight for killing an unborn baby
20-Year-old Dakota Greeley was originally charged with killing his girlfriend now additional charges have been filed because she was pregnant
Police say he shot and killed Trisha Cole in November in Clover Township. Greeley appeared in district court earlier today for his preliminary hearing where all previous charges were dropped and new charges were filed.
He now faces several homicide-related charges including murder and abuse of a corpse. All of those charges have been bound over to Jefferson County Court
Greeley is being housed in the Jefferson County Jail with his bail denied.
