The owner of the Johnstown Galleria. as well as owners of businesses within the mall. showing up to the Richland Township Zoning Board meeting Tonight.
They were there to voice their opposition of the board possibly re-zoning the former Sears store, allowing for it to become a storage facility.
Johnstown Galleria owner Leo Karuli says he’s worked hard to bring attractive new businesses to the mall, and believes a storage facility moving in would be detrimental to businesses that have opened up shop there.
While connected to the Galleria, the former Sears store is a seprate entity, therefore Karuli has no official say as to what type of business can move in there.
