A fatal crash was reported along Rt. 219 south at the Adams Twp./Richland Twp. line Wednesday night.
Dispatchers tells us the crash was a head on collision between two vehicles, resulting in one death, and one person being taken to the hospital.
911 dispatch also says it happened just before 8:00 PM.
That section of Rt. 219 south was closed as crews investigated.
