It’s been more than a week since the convicted murderer who escaped from a Philadelphia area prison is still on the loose.
Danelo Cavalcante has been on the run since August 31st.
Investigators believe he has been spotted several times but searchers have been trying to navigate extreme heat high humidity and the landscape.
Some schools are set to return to classes after canceling earlier this week.
Cavalcante was convicted in 2021 for murdering his girlfriend.
