Authorities in Jefferson County have filed charges against a Brookville man following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault from 2021.
Police say Jordon McClain who was 18 at the time is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl at a home in Reynoldsville Borough.
Authorities say McClain was reportedly staying at the victim’s home at the time of the assault.
Mcclain was arraigned today on charges of aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors and is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on $35,000 dollars bail.
