We have an update on what investigators were calling a suspicious death in Altoona
Altoona Police tell us this incident has been ruled a homicide
And that a suspect is in custody in Pittsburgh.
The Coroner’s office is also identifying the victim as 61-year-old Maureen Mazenko.
This was the scene earlier near the Fairview Hills Housing Projects in Altoona.
Officials say they were sent to the area of East Maple Avenue just before 2 o’clock
Police say more details will be released at a later time.
