The trial date has been set for the second of 2 teens accused of planning a school shooting at the Westmont Hilltop High School in December of 2021. Preston Hinebaugh is scheduled to appear in front of a Jury on April 24th. That’s according to Court Records, that indicate Jury Selection is scheduled for the end of this month.
Hinebaugh faces charges including Conspiracy to Commit Terrorism, Aggravated Assault, Trespassing, and Possession of a Firearm by a Minor. The other teen charged in the case — Logan Pringle — was sentenced in October to 3 to 6 years in State Prison and 10 years of Probation after pleading ‘No Contest’ in the case.
