Richland Township Stabbing

Police say a Johnstown woman is facing charges after stabbing a man New Year’s Eve.

Richland Township police say Nefertiti Whitlow faces aggravated assault and other related charges.

They say officers were called Saturday night for reports of a man bleeding from the neck who’d pulled his truck into the McDonald’s parking lot on Scalp Ave.

Police say they found the man covered in blood and he told them he’d been stabbed multiple times by Whitlow after trying to end a relationship with her.

They say Whitlow was in the passenger seat of the truck and taken into custody.

Police say the man suffered four puncture wounds to his torso and a collapsed lung.

Whitlow is now being held in the Cambria County Prison.
