The Richland Township Police Department is in it’s 24th year of its safe Trick or Treat night.
Each year on Halloween the police department hands out candy to children in the area.
Safe Trick or Treat night will be Monday, October 31st from 6 to 8 pm.
Sgt. John Herdman has been an organizer for the event for all 24 years. However, we’re told this will be his last year as he plans to retire.
