Federal Investigators have released their preliminary findings on what caused a deadly explosion at a candy factory in Reading, Pennsylvania.
7 People died in the March blast at the R.M. Palmer Plant in West Reading.
10 Other people suffered injuries.
Investigators say a gas leak caused by a faulty pipe part triggered the blast.
The pipe part was installed in 1982 and had ruptured causing the gas leak.
Another service line installed 2 years ago also had a small leak.
