A daughter and her mother in Bedford County are getting into the Christmas spirit.
Lindsay Morton and her mother, Krista Morton, invited everyone to join Santa and Mrs Claus. As they lit the tree in front of the New Paris Community Building.
Afterwards, they met with attendees at the North Pole Building for hot chocolate cookie decorating and pictures with Santa.
The Mortons say for the last 3 years, Lindsay has organized the New Paris Block Party and other events for friends, family and neighbors in the area.
