Authorities in Indiana County say a Dilltown man who was reported missing last week was found over the weekend and his death has been ruled a homicide.
Troopers say the body of 19-year-old Hayden Robert Garreffa was found early Saturday morning in a remote, wooded area of Brush Valley Township.
Garreffa had been reported missing from his East Wheatfield Township residence on Oct. 20.
Police say following an autopsy on Monday, his death was ruled a homicide.
Investigators say Garreffa was reportedly kidnapped and killed on the day of his disappearance.
Authorities say police have identified and arrested all suspects involved in Garreffa’s death, and there is no longer a danger to the public.
The identities of the suspects have not yet been released and the investigation is still ongoing.
State police were assisted in the investigation the Indiana County DA’s office, the Indiana County coroner’s office, Ebensburg Borough police, Johnstown Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
