KC O’Day opens this edition of FOX 8 News Now with a tale of heroism, the saving of a Somerset man’s life by a restaurant worker.
KC introduces us to Landon Streiko, an employee of Pine Grill and Senior at Somerset Area HS who luckily had been trained in CPR.
Also on the show is John Kuna, who explains that he was just heading into Pine Grill for a meal when he collapsed.
The two men speak on what happened that day and Landon’s actions that saved John’s life.
KC asks about the process of learning CPR and Landon talks about how easy it is to learn such and important life-saving skill.
