Following Saturday’s devastating fire in Stoystown that ended in the demolition of the Kings and Queens Restaurant and Pub, residents are reeling in the aftermath of the incident. Many still in shock that what was once a landmark in the community is now gone.
We visited the site of the fire today where only rubble remains of the restaurant.
Many people driving by stopped to view the wreckage and reflect on what happened.
“It’s sad to see an iconic place like this no longer here, I hope they rebuild because they had great food and it was a great place just to come and visit.”
The Lodge at Indian Lake is organizing a fundraiser this Friday.
