A Johnstown woman was sentenced in Federal Court to 5 years in prison and 4 years of supervised release after being convicted on drug-related charges today.
Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced Amber Lingafelt, is convicted for conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute Cocaine, Heroin, and Fentanyl.
Rivetti says the prosecution is a result of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigation stemming from April of 2019 to July 2021.
