Officials say freezing temperatures caused several pipes to burst at the Galleria Mall early Tuesday morning, resulting in severe flooding on the first floor of the building.
Our crew on scene says that the mall is still open, and shoppers were seen on the second floor.
Officials have not yet revealed the extent of the damage.
