We begin tonight with a Centre County man being charged after he allegedly threatened a teenager with a gun in November.
Police say on November 10th 32-year-old Matthew Dunlap pointed the gun at the teen at Stoplights in Harris Township while the two were driving separate vehicles.
Police say Dunlap used ethnically charged language while making the threats and told the boy quote “i’m going to blow your brains out.”
Dunlap has been charged with misdemeanors for terroristic threats, simple assault and ethnic intimidation.
A preliminary hearing for the case is scheduled for March 20th.
