A candlelight vigil was held Sunday night for the victim of this weekend’s shooting in Johnstown.
Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees identified the victim as 21-year-old Caleb Beppler.
Investigators say the shooting happened near the Liquid Currency bar in Cambria City early Saturday morning.
His manner of death has been ruled a homicide.
Caleb’s family gathered together at the scene Sunday to show their love and grieve together.
Family members say about 200 people showed up, with many others showing their support from afar.
“We appreciate it very much. I think this town is sick of people dying and getting killed for no reason. I think they’re tired of it, and we have to come together in order to stop anything, or nothing is going to change.”
Authorities say no arrests have been made in the case yet and the shooter is still on the loose.
The family is encouraging anyone in the community with information to contact the Johnstown Police Department to help them get justice for Caleb.
