50-Year-old Matthew Miller was sentenced to serve 18 to 36 months in the Cambria County Prison before President Judge Norman Krumenacker.
Miller was charged in 2022 after he reportedly admitted to stealing the drugs from a Martella’s Pharmacy, where he was previously employed.
Miller pled guilty last month to one felony count of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation.
He was given some credit Tuesday for time served
