Today, officials from the Pennsylvania Lottery presented a check to the winners of a recent $1 million dollar scratch-off ticket.
The winners are a married couple from Lancaster County who where traveling through the area, and picked up the winning ticket at the local retailer Rutters in Blair County.
The store also received a $5 thousand dollar bonus for selling the ticket.
