Altoona Woman Charged In Overdose Death

A 26-year-old Altoona woman has been charged with the overdose death of a man, who she allegedly sold multiple drugs.

According to a probable-cause affidavit, in March Tylo Breon Schilling sold fentanyl and morphine to the man at the Beale Avenue Sheetz.

The man was later found dead in his bedroom by his father.

An autopsy showed that he had died from an overdose of multiple drugs, including fentanyl and morphine, according to the affidavit.

Schilling has been charged with multiple drug-related felonies, including drug delivery resulting in death.

She was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Paula M. Aigner, of Hollidaysburg, and was sent to the Blair County Prison on a $150,000 bond.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Nov. 15 before District Judge Benjamin F. Jones, of Altoona.
