An Altoona man is behind bars after he allegedly solicited and received child pornography.
In September police allegedly found messages on a 13 year old girl’s phone between her and 56 year old Benjamin Havens.
Police say Havens exchanged multiple sexual messages with the girl via Facebook which included images of child porn.
Police say Havens is known to authorities
