Man who crashed into Washington State Patrol trooper, killing him, in US illegally: ICE
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Seattle placed a detainer on a Mexican citizen in the country illegally after he was arrested and charged with killing a Washington State Patrol trooper in car crash Saturday.
