Franco talks about the time involved in coaching and how he doesn’t know how he did it while he was also teaching. He shares the importance of underclassmen working out in the off-season if they are not participating in another sport. It is the philosophy of Franco that athletes should play as many sports as possible. Coach Franco also talks about the importance of coaches to help athletes in the recruiting process.
