Police say in June 43-year-old Paul Downs inappropriately touched the girl while the two rode on a four-wheeler in Reade Township.
Police say that Downs touched the girl on more than one occasion.
Downs also allegedly told child not to tell anyone about the touching.
Downs is charged with a felony for corruption of minors, as well as a misdemeanor for indecent assault.
An online court docket shows that he posted bail earlier Today.
