A Johnstown man accused of shooting and killing his significant other earlier this year returned to Cambria County court on Tuesday as his case moves closer to trial.
Raghib Nash is charged with homicide and aggravated assault for allegedly killing Kammi Ritchwood during a domestic dispute in February.
Nash’s defense attorney says they have seen some pictures and video evidence in the case but expects items like police reports and Nash’s criminal history to be turned over to them this week.
The defense says that once they see that evidence, they expect to file some motions in the case.
For now, the case is being continued with Nash’s next court date set for September 22nd.
