Many customers of a local Pharmacy chain are concerned about the future of their prescriptions.
This, as the Attorneys representing customers of Martella’s Pharmacy say Express Scripts terminated its contract with Martella’s Last Night.
We’re being told that Martella’s Pharmacy itself cannot comment due to a gag order in the case.
That case has moved between State and Federal Courts as both parties argue which jurisdiction it should be heard in.
We have reached out to Express Scripts for comment, but have not heard back.
“And speaking with employees at the pharmacy, we’re very fortunate. I think in our community to have an advocate like Martellas because they have agreed to continue to fill these scripts those not going to be a breaking
coverage for anybody that has UPMC or Highmark insurance.”
