Cambria County Coroner Identifies Two Men Found Dead In Cambria County Home

Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees has identified the two men who were found dead inside a home in East Taylor Township on Wednesday morning.

Investigators say the resident of the Faight Court home has been identified as 69-year-old Richard Ling and his neighbor was identified as 55-year-old Marc Cober.

Authorities say both men were reportedly found deceased on the first floor of the residence, in the kitchen area.

County investigators say suspected drugs/paraphernalia were reportedly found near the men’s bodies, including a white powdery substance that was collected by law enforcement.

Coroner Lees says neither of the two men suffered any internal injuries or external trauma.

According to the autopsies, Lees says both men are believed to have died around the same time, however, their official cause and manner of death are pending toxicology reports, which typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

As local authorities continue the death investigation, Lees adds that follow ups will be conducted once the toxicology reports are completed.
