Representative Frank Burns is calling out Cambria County Election Officials for what he calls a ballot printing error ahead of the may 20th Primary.
Burns says some ballots had the names for two Judicial Candidates in the reverse order.
This comes after a printing error in November’s Election that caused widespread ballot scanning issues.
In a statement, the county’s solicitor says the error was only found on mail in ballots and the County immediately notified the Department Of State for guidance before correcting the issue.
He says the County will be testing in person ballots before distributing them to precincts.
