Firefighters from the Citizens Hook & Ladder Co. 1 of Milesburg and several other departments, responded to a house fire around 5:50 Friday evening.
It happened at a home located on Old Route 220 Road in Boggs Township.
The garage, along with a car and a camper in the driveway were completely destroyed. The rest of the house also suffered damage, though it’s not clear the extent of it.
The Citizens Hook & Ladder Co. 1 of Milesburg had help from the Logan Fire Company No. 1 Bellefonte, Undine Fire Company, Centre Hall Volunteer Fire Company, Howard Fire Company, Boalsburg Fire Company, Miles Township Fire Company, Columbia Volunteer Fire Company, Citizens Hose Company No. 5.
It’s still not known what caused the fire or if there were any injuries.
