The Altoona Curve will soon be under new ownership
The team announcing its sale to new owner Diamond Baseball Holdings which owns and operates a number of Minor League teams affiliated with Major League baseball.
The new ownership group says the club will remain in Altoona and will continue to be led by General Manager Nate Bowen and the current front office staff.
The sale of the team is subject to an approval process with officials involved saying they expect the sale to be approved promptly.
