Coast Guard detains Mexican fishermen with over 1,600 pounds of illegally caught fish
U.S. Coast Guard crews intercepted four Mexican boats fishing illegally in federal waters off the coast of Texas, detaining all 11 fishermen and over 1,600 pounds of fish.
