Bipartisan bill seeks to stop pharmacy middlemen from driving up drug costs for financial gain
The “Delinking Revenue from Unfair Gouging (DRUG) Act” was unveiled by a group of bipartisan lawmakers Tuesday, aimed at reforming the incentive structure for Pharmacy Benefit Managers so that they are not encouraged to promote high-cost drugs.
