Appeals court deals blow to Obama-era amnesty for Dreamers
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday ruled against the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which grants amnesty to illegal immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children.
