A Bedford County Man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened a local judge on social media.
Police say that starting Saturday 45 year old Denny Cogan began posting threatening messages on Facebook directed toward a Bedford County Common Pleas Court Judge.
Authorities say that over the following days Cogan made several other posts directed at the Judge, who is not named in the charging document.
Cogan is charged with misdemeanors for terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.
He is being housed in the Bedford County Correctional Facility with his bail denied.
