Police hunt ‘Haggler After Midnight’ mugger targeting certain victims in bizarre crime spree
The “Haggler After Midnight,” who has struck nearly a dozen times in Brooklyn and Queens, forces victims to haggle at knifepoint over what loot they will hand over, police said.
