Multiple crews responded to a house fire this evening in Johnstown. They were responding to a house that was sitting vacant and is located in the Woodvale section of the city.
That call came in around seven on the 400 block of Woodvale Avenue near Dellwood Street.
At one point, firefighters were called to evacuate the building because the roof appeared as if it were going to collapse. It has not.
Again, multiple crews called to respond, and multiple people have actually called into the station, reporting that they do not have power in that area.
