We turn now to the latest on what investigators say was the planning phase of a school shooting at Westmont Hilltop High School.
Upper Yoder Township Police Chief Don Hess says he has received information that bond has been posted for Preston Hinebaugh.
All bond conditions, previously approved by a district judge must be met, including house arrest, no access to firearms and no contact on Westmont Hilltop school district property.
The Westmont Hilltop School District has been notified.
Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer says this is still a very active and ongoing investigation involving local, County and Federal authorities.
