An update into the Investigation of a missing Johnstown woman. Police were at the home of “Jilly Todaro” Friday morning, a home which she shared with “Brian Giles”. This was the scene Friday morning at the home on Franklin Street. Cory Adams, the Detective Sergeant for the Johnstown Police Department, says new information came to light which gave them probable cause to get a Search Warrant at Giles’ home.
Giles was in a relationship with Todaro at the time of her disappearance and was arrested for allegedly assaulting her a few days prior to her disappearance. Adams saying: “We brought in a Cadaver Dog. Some information came to light that led us to believe that there may be some human remains in the basement. We didn’t find anything, obviously, related to that. So we’re still continuing our search for Jilly.”
Nothing was found during this search. Giles is currently in the Cambria County Prison facing charges for Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct after threatening a woman at the CamTran Bus Terminal on multiple occasions.
