State College High School Fight

A State College community speaking out about school safety and racism following a fight among students at the State College High School.

The State College School Board heard many comments about the incident at their meeting last night.

Last week’s fight at the high school involving 2 students, sparked by, what school administrators say was a racist themed photograph.

“The photo which was taken in the school months ago contained racist language and a symbol of hate and anti-semitism. so you know, we were absolutely not aware of the photo that was taken in the school.not one faculty member or administrator was aware until after the assault”

Amid reports that at least one student in the fight is now facing criminal charges, Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna says his office does not comment on juvenile cases.
