St. Michael School COVID-19 Case

The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown announced Saturday that students at Saint Michael School in Loretto will move to remote learning, for two weeks, starting Monday, after an individual at the school tested positive for COVID-19.

The Diocese says that the school is being cleaned and that administrators are in the process of notifying parents and conducting contact tracing.

All schools within the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown continue to follow all health guidelines, the release notes.

Students are scheduled to return to in-person learning on Nov. 16.
