This tree snapped and fell onto a house on Grant Street in Saint Mary’s.
The power was out across most of the city, from approximately 5:30 – 7:30pm.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported across the county as a result of the storm, but the Crystal Fire Department confirmed there was some damage to take care of.
“Most of the calls were ranging from the hospital on Johnsonburg Road, Route 255 North, out to the Paul Road intersection with multiple trees down on lines, a couple blocking the road.”
Elk County Search and Rescue and the St. Mary’s Street Department were also called for assistance.
