Authorities say a third person is facing rape charges in connection to last summer’s hostage situation at a home in Ferndale, according to a criminal complaint.
Police say 28-year-old Eurick Smith faces charges of rape and sexual assault for his involvement in last August’s incident, according to court documents.
In May, 31-year-old Kennedy Jolly and 28-year-old Louie Guadalupe were charged with rape and sexual assault.
Police say all three men forced a woman to perform sex acts against her will to repay a monetary debt.
In August, authorities charged Star and Emerald Nugent, along with a 16-year-old relative, for kidnapping the woman, and another victim, and forcing them to perform work around the home.
Police say the female victim was then forced to perform sex acts with Smith, Jolly and Guadalupe.
Smith is currently being housed at the Cambria County Prison on $150,000 bail, court documents show, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 19th.
