Johnstown Police say a Philadelphia man is in custody after a shots fired incident at Oakhurst Homes
Officers responded near the Community Center for reports of a gun being fired toward one of the apartments.
Investigators say they learned that Ronald Gooden had assaulted and choked a person before running away and shooting at the building.
Authorities found Gooden along Walnut Street near the train station and took him into custody.
