New charges have been filed against a Cambria County chiropractor after police say a second victim came forward and reported being sexually assaulted by him.
In late May, Northern Cambria police filed charges of indecent assault and child endangerment against Dr. Robine Elias after he was accused of groping a 17-year-old
According to the latest affidavit, Dr. Elias is now accused of having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old male patient at his office in Mundys Corner.
Jackson Township police say the victim reportedly detailed two incidents in which Dr. Elias touched his groin area/genitals while he was receiving an adjustment.
Police say Dr. Elias is also accused of calling the victim a “big boy” during the alleged encounters.
Investigators added that the victim’s grandmother was reportedly in the room during one of the adjustments and overheard the inappropriate comments.
Police say she then reportedly asked the victim if he wished to return to Dr. Elias for additional appointments, to which he reportedly answered “no.”
According to online court records, multiple counts of indecent assault were filed against Dr. Elias on Tuesday.
