A drug seizure operation in Cambria and Indiana counties has taken a large amount of drugs off the streets.
State police say during an investigation Tuesday, they collected over 700 fentanyl pills, three “one-pot” methamphetamine labs, a brick of suspected heroin and marijuana.
Troopers say a suspect named Johnnie Ray Weaver led them on a chase along Route 22 through Cambria and Indiana counties after fleeing from a traffic stop.
The chase was cut short due to safety reasons, but an arrest warrant was issued Weaver.
Police say Weaver is 46-years-old and is from Altoona.
They say he’s facing several drug related charges along with fleeing from police and recklessly endangering another person.
He’s about five feet nine inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds, according to state police.
Anyone with information on Weaver’s whereabouts should call 911 or Troop A, Ebensburg at 814-471-6500.
